We are dedicated to ensuring all of our work is completely safe for our staff, members of the public, our customers and site surrounds.
To ensure we meet this goal, all our work is completed to Australian Arborist Industry standards as specified in the ‘WorkCover Code of Practice: Amenity Tree Industry 1998’, Australian Standards ‘AS4373: 2007 Pruning Amenity Trees’ as well as the pending updates to the legislation ‘Tree Work Code of Practice’.
In addition, our internal OHS system ensures all work is adequately assessed for risks, appropriate safe work methods are implemented and all operators are trained in safe practices and have the minimum qualifications. Our team qualifications, experience and OHS system include:
Diploma Horticulture (Arboriculture) – minimum Certificate 3
Level 1,2&3 Chainsaw operations
OH&S Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
Senior First Aid Certificate (SJA)
15years+ climbing and chainsaw experience
OHS Policy
Induction & daily training
Safe Work Method Statements
Hazard Assessments & Control Measures
All work is conducted or supervised by a minimum Level 3 Qualified Arborist
For peace of mind, our work is covered by all the necessary insurance, including Public Liability Insurance $20 million, Workers Compensation Insurance and Comprehensive Fleet and Plant insurance.
